Slow Delivery of some messages due to AWS West Outage

An AWS outage occurred that impacted one region used by our mail processing system. Some mail that routed through our west clusters may have been deferred for a maximum of 20 minutes due to outbound connectivity issues. The impacted flows were during 10:38AM and 11:01AM EST. No mail was lost and any queued mail due to this event was successfully delivered by the resolution time.
