We will be conducting scheduled maintenance on the Area 1 Horizon application’s primary database for about 4 hours on Sunday, Feb 25, starting at 5:00 UTC. During this period the Area 1 Horizon portal, Retro Scan, and Area 1 APIs will be impacted.

The Area 1 Horizon portal and Retro Scan will be unavailable until the maintenance completes. However, requests to the /alerts API at intervals less than 12 hours can expect no issues. Requests that occurred greater than 12 hours prior to the start of maintenance window may receive a 401 status during this period.

During the maintenance window, email alerts, analytics, and data will continue to function as normal, but will be unavailable via the portal. Configuration changes during this period of time may not be saved.

This planned maintenance will not affect our email processing and at all times during the maintenance window customers will remain protected by our cloud email security service.

After the maintenance period, some detection report data might be slightly out-of-date for up to 10 hours. However, detection search results will not be impacted.
